On October 16, the 1st Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, entered the preparatory session, with the participation of 450 official delegates, representing more than 82,000 party members of the Provincial Party Committee attending the Congress.

During the preparatory session, the 1st Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee focused on implementing important contents, including instructions on the use of technology and regulations related to "digital congresses" without using paper documents.
