Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was appointed as Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

On the afternoon of October 16, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work in Da Nang City.

Attending the conference were Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung.

Accordingly, the Politburo mobilized, assigned, and appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, replacing Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Previously, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision to appoint personnel to hold the position of Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, will hold the position of Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term from October 15, 2025.

On November 11, 2019, the Prime Minister signed a decision to appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television.
By November 2020, he held the position of Permanent Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television. On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.
From April 1, 2021, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Quang as General Director of Vietnam Television. From November 2024 to July 2025, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee; after the merger of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces, Mr. Quang continued to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee (new).
At the first Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term held in early October, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was appointed by the Politburo and the Secretariat to continue holding the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.
