On the morning of August 30, the closing ceremony of the PP&PA-24 Program in Quang Ngai province was held at Tinh Khe Primary School, campus 3 (Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai city).
This school is where the US Air Force Construction Team helped repair and renovate 8 classrooms and 4 toilets. At the same time, 2 medical stations and 1 more school in Quang Ngai City and Son Tinh District were also repaired, cleaned and beautified by the US Air Force and Navy Construction Teams to better serve the students and the people.
According to Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien, after nearly 2 weeks of official activities, the PP&PA-24 Program took place very excitingly, successfully and left many unforgettable memories and impressions. The activities within the framework of the program are a bridge to help strengthen the good people-to-people exchange relationship between countries.
Quang Ngai provincial leaders highly appreciated medical cooperation activities, professional exchanges, and training organized and implemented at hospitals and medical facilities in the province.
The medical exchange is the largest activity in the series of activities of the PP&PA-24 Program this year with about 76 activities attracting many doctors and medical staff from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Chile and Vietnam to participate.

On this occasion, Director of the Americas Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Le Chi Dung presented 20 gifts to disadvantaged but studious students of Tinh Khe Primary School, campus 3.
The PP&PA-24 program in Quang Ngai province takes place from August 19 to 30, 2024, with about 60 activities in 5 groups of fields, including: communication, health, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, construction, and community exchange.
Pacific Partnership is a multinational humanitarian assistance and training program initiated by the United States Government. Pacific Angel is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance operation led by the United States Pacific Air Forces.
