The program "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" and the opening of the "Trade Union Tet Market 2025"

On the morning of January 17th, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) organized the program "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" and the opening of the "Trade Union Tet Market 2025".

Leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions and delegates presented Tet gifts to union members and workers.

At the program, the Provincial Labor Union presented 400 gifts worth 800,000 VND (including 500,000 VND in cash from the General Confederation of Labor and 300,000 VND in gifts from businesses) to union members and workers; and provided funding to support the construction of 10 "Union Shelter" houses for union members in difficult housing circumstances, with a total value of 500 million VND.

Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor Unions, Le Van Thanh, delivered a speech at the program.

According to Le Van Thanh, Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor Unions: In 2024, all levels of trade unions in the province will continue to innovate the content and methods of their activities, focusing on grassroots levels and prioritizing the use of available funds to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, especially those in difficult and vulnerable situations in society. This will be especially true during the Lunar New Year, Workers' Month, Occupational Safety and Health Month, and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union. For the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will provide 4 billion VND to care for union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the province. Of this amount, the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions has allocated over 3.6 billion VND to provide over 7,200 Tet gifts to union members and workers. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also supported over 2,000 trade union officials and members/workers in purchasing goods online at the "Trade Union Online Tet Market 2025" program organized by the General Confederation of Labor, with a total amount exceeding 1 billion VND. In addition, the General Confederation of Labor provided 1.5 billion VND to the Provincial Labor Federation to organize the "Trade Union Tet Market 2025" program.

The 2025 Trade Union Tet Market will offer many essential goods to meet the consumption needs of union members and workers.

Within the framework of the program, the Provincial Labor Union also inaugurated the "Trade Union Tet Market 2025" with 50 stalls selling essential goods to meet the consumption needs of union members and workers. To support union members and workers, participating units and businesses will offer discounts of at least 15% or more compared to the listed price on products or market prices; give away 3,000 shopping vouchers to union members and workers with a total value of 900 million VND; give away 200 vouchers worth 60 million VND for free purchases; give away 1,200 vouchers for free health check-ups, consultations, and medication; give away 1,600 vouchers for free liver enzyme tests and blood cell analysis; organize cultural and artistic activities, games with prizes for union members and workers; and provide free legal advice to union members and workers at the event...
