On May 27, 2025, at the opening session of the DX Summit 2025 event, the General Director of MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) shared about the comprehensive digital transformation solution for 5 million business households, contributing to realizing the goal of developing the private economy - an important pillar of the national economy.
The event was organized by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) with the theme “Mastering Technology – Breakthrough, Growing”. At the opening session, Mr. Le Hong Quang – General Director of MISA shared comprehensive digital transformation solutions for business households – the main driving force for promoting private economic development.
For small businesses, MISA develops MISA eShop software to help digitize all operations using just a smartphone. With 3 simple steps: Sales - Collection - Invoice issuance and tax declaration, businesses can easily carry out the sales process. In particular, the artificial intelligence assistant integrated on MISA eShop helps businesses place orders by voice, process and provide a complete order with basic information such as product name, quantity and unit price. After that, businesses can request payment in cash or via QR code. Finally, the software automatically synthesizes data and sends a sample tax declaration to the tax authority right on the phone.
For larger businesses, MISA provides a more advanced solution set including software and hardware, connecting directly with 23,900 accounting and tax experts on the MISA ASP Service Accounting Platform - ready to serve millions of businesses switching to the declaration form. MISA ASP solution helps improve professionalism in financial management, accounting standardization, tax compliance and sustainable development.
The highlight of digital transformation is financial transparency and increased access to capital. Through the MISA Lending loan connection platform, business households can easily borrow bank loans with a digital process: 5 minutes to complete the application, 1 day of approval, no collateral required. The disbursement success rate is 10 times higher than the traditional model. To date, MISA Lending has supported the disbursement of more than 22,500 billion VND, contributing significantly to promoting development according to Resolution 68-NQ/TW.
MISA's digital transformation solution for business households has been practically deployed and is ready to serve 5 million households nationwide to improve management capacity and make business operations transparent.
