MISA and Sacombank signed a cooperation agreement to deploy a digital financial ecosystem for businesses, households and individual businesses.

On August 14, 2025, MISA Joint Stock Company and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deploy digital financial solutions for businesses, business households and individuals.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoan - MISA Finance Director, Director of JETPAY Joint Stock Company and Mr. Nguyen Tan Cuong - Director of Sacombank Corporate Customer Division represented the two parties to sign the cooperation agreement.

Through cooperation, MISA and Sacombank have agreed to build credit products that are specifically designed and convenient for businesses, households and individual traders through the MISA Lending Loan Connection Platform.

Accordingly, customers who are using accounting software, electronic invoices, sales software, personal financial management software and other software of MISA can apply for 100% online loans through the MISA Lending platform without collateral, helping to save maximum time, resources and costs. The loan process on the platform only takes 05 minutes to complete, shortening the approval time with a loan success rate 10 times higher than traditional lending.

In addition, the two sides will jointly develop, integrate platforms and provide convenient, highly connected financial solutions. Specifically, when customers use software platforms from MISA such as sales management, accounting, electronic invoices, tax declaration, they will be directly integrated with Sacombank's modern banking services including cashless payments with a variety of methods from cards, QR codes, SmartPOS, SoftPOS on mobile phones and tablets. This solution helps save time, reduce risks, optimize costs and provide a seamless experience.
