Dang Thuy Tram is a mountainous commune of Quang Ngai with 99% of the population being ethnic minorities. According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dang Thuy Tram Commune, Nguyen Thi Van, the gap in awareness and digital skills among the people is still a major barrier in the process of realizing the goal of comprehensive digital transformation. Therefore, we need to join hands - from the government, businesses, social organizations to each citizen - to spread the "Digital Literacy for All" movement to every hamlet, every household, every agency and unit.
