At the launching ceremony, Chairman of Cua Nam Ward People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Hoan emphasized that implementing the two-level local government model and promoting comprehensive digital transformation is a major policy, an inevitable requirement for development. This is not only a challenge but also an important opportunity to innovate management methods, improve the efficiency of administrative apparatus and the quality of service to the people.
After the merger, the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward has focused on promoting the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in serving the people. This "45 days and nights" campaign is identified as a specific step to realize the goals in Directive No. 11 of the City People's Committee and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo .
According to the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, the campaign's core goal is not only to complete quantitative targets but also to create a clear change in quality, especially improving digital skills for cadres, civil servants and people, so that technology truly serves life.

In order for the campaign to be most effective, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward determined that it was necessary to create a widespread support network, reaching every citizen with the goal of ensuring that all residential groups have a community digital transformation team and operate effectively with the motto "Going to every alley, knocking on every door". The teams will be the pioneers, the extended arm of the government to directly guide people to install and proficiently use online public services on the National Public Service Portal.
At the same time, 06 "Mobile Digital Literacy" points must be deployed immediately, prioritizing support for the elderly, people with disabilities and vulnerable groups, leaving no one behind in this digital revolution.
For ward officials and civil servants, they must be proficient in basic digital skills, proficient in digital platforms and information systems to be able to serve their work and people well. The ward's technology and professional application team must operate 24/7, ready to handle any arising cases as quickly as possible.

According to Vice Chairman of Cua Nam Ward People's Committee Trinh Ngoc Tram, the "45 Days and Nights" Campaign is an important opportunity to create a breakthrough in digital transformation in Cua Nam Ward.
The ward has developed a plan outlining a comprehensive and drastic action roadmap with the motto "Taking people as the center, taking service efficiency as the goal". The core goal of the plan is to create a strong and substantial change in awareness and action on digital transformation throughout the area.
Specifically, the plan focuses on ensuring adequate human resources, technical infrastructure and digital skills to effectively deploy public services in wards. At the same time, a core force of Community Digital Transformation Teams will be built to support people, especially vulnerable groups, in accessing and using online public services. The further goal is to improve digital knowledge and skills for all officials, civil servants and people, towards universalizing "digital literacy".
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Ward Police force and the Youth Union went to people's homes to guide them in implementing administrative procedures and application software to serve public services.
To achieve the above goals, the ward has proposed key content groups and solutions. Regarding the organization and resources, the ward has completed its personnel, arranged specialized staff in information technology and digital transformation; established 28 community digital transformation teams in residential groups, these teams will operate according to the motto "Go to every alley, knock on every door", directly instructing people to use essential digital platforms such as VNeID, iHanoi, National Public Service Portal and Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Public Security.
The ward has deployed "Mobile Digital Literacy Service" points. With the core force being youth union members and student volunteers, these points will be set up to support people in filling out online applications and installing applications, with special priority given to the elderly, the disabled and near-poor households.
Regarding digital skills training, all cadres, civil servants, public employees and members of the community digital transformation team are trained in basic digital skills in many flexible forms: in person, online, "hands-on" to ensure that everyone can proficiently use digital platforms to serve their work and guide people.

Regarding ensuring technical infrastructure, the ward will coordinate with telecommunications enterprises to upgrade network infrastructure, deploy 5G coverage at public administrative service points. Along with that, artificial intelligence (AI) applications will be integrated into the iHanoi system to support people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures quickly and conveniently...
Responding to the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Secretary of the Youth Union of Cua Nam Ward Dam Quang Thanh said that, as one of 28 community digital transformation groups, the youth union is committed to actively participating in this Campaign with specific actions. Deploying activities in their residential groups, coordinating with functional agencies and units, carrying out propaganda to support people in digital transformation issues, promoting the application of science and technology such as: guiding people to install and use some applications VNeID, iHanoi, ETaxmobile, software for paying fees for performing administrative procedures without cash at the one-stop department, paying social security, pensions through bank accounts, especially promoting the use of online public services to submit and receive administrative procedure results.
The Youth Union strives that after the 45-day and night campaign, local people will have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and be able to use digital platforms and services to serve their work and improve their quality of life.
