Unlike previous congresses, the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ha district, term 2024 - 2029, has many innovations. Especially in printing and distributing documents and materials. Mr. Giang Seo Gia, former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ha district shared: "We issue invitations on the office. We only print documents such as reports and programs for some higher-level delegates. The rest we send on the office. We save paper, wherever we go, we turn on the computer and have it."
Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Bac Ha District Party Committee on promoting the paperless meeting room model, the Party Committees under the District Party Committee have required all Party members to self-study and update knowledge and skills related to digital transformation. Mr. Ly Seo Sung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ban Pho Commune, Bac Ha District, said: "We have established a Zalo group between the secretary, the Party Committee with the Party cell secretaries and groups related to the direction work in various fields. The documents of the Party Committee are mainly deployed on the Zalo group. There is no need to waste time printing and calling comrades up here to get documents for implementation anymore".
Thanks to promoting digital transformation, Bac Ha District Party Committee has saved hundreds of millions of dong.
Since 2022, the Bac Ha District Party Committee Office has ranked No. 1 among the Party and mass organizations in the province in applying work schedule software, direction and operation applications, and paperless meeting rooms with an electronic document issuance rate of nearly 100%. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ha District Party Committee, said: "We propagate the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State, especially those related to ethnic minority areas in the form of summaries and questions and answers. Then with infographics, people will access them faster, saving maximum costs for printing, and preventing waste. Especially in leadership, direction and operation".
With the promotion of digital transformation, from 2021 to now, Bac Ha District Party Committee alone has saved hundreds of millions of dong in paper money, not including ink, photocopying, stapling, classifying, collecting, and destroying excess documents... Thereby contributing to effectively implementing savings and preventing waste of the State budget.
