Attractive meeting place for investors
From a public service unit under the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone Management Board (2008), then converted into a state-owned enterprise operating under the model of a one-member limited liability company (2011), during the development journey of nearly 14 years, CIZIDCO has made continuous efforts and achieved many results.
Mr. Vu Hong Nhan - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of CIZIDCO said that the company's first breakthrough is to build the Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park (IP) in Tam Hiep commune, Nui Thanh district.
Started in 2008, in the midst of the financial crisis, CIZIDCO overcame difficulties with a very creative rolling investment method, suitable for the reality of both site clearance and compensation; compensation is paid to the extent that the investment project is implemented.
In addition to investing in complete infrastructure, the company also actively calls for investment, creates an open environment, competitive land rental prices, and actively supports businesses, so within 10 years, Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park has become an attractive "meeting place" for domestic and foreign investors.
Tam Thang Industrial Park is CIZIDCO's second breakthrough in Tam Thang Commune (Tam Ky City) and Binh Nam Commune (Thang Binh District) with a total area of over 197 hectares. This is the first Industrial Park identified by Quang Nam to arrange key projects to attract the development of supporting industries for the textile and garment industry, supporting automobile mechanics, high-tech fields, and developing the Eastern region of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.
Started on March 24, 2015, Tam Thang Industrial Park has become a bright spot among Vietnam's industrial parks in terms of environmental friendliness with the unique "Panko Ecosystem": Panko Tam Thang Company, Panko centralized wastewater treatment plant, Plaza Panko supermarket, Panko workers' housing area...
The Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has awarded Tam Thang Industrial Park the certificate as "Vietnam's Typical Industrial Park in 2022". This is also the first industrial park in Vietnam to pioneer in calling for secondary investors (Panko Group - Korea) to build a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 28,000m3 /day and night, treating wastewater to meet standards. Treated wastewater is brought back to the reuse plant, with a capacity of phase 1 reaching 13,000m3 /day and night, treating wastewater to meet QCVN 01:2009/BYT standards of the Ministry of Health.
Towards sustainable development
Currently, CIZIDCO is the investor of three key industrial parks in Chu Lai Open Economic Zone with a total area of over 738 hectares. Including, Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park (299 hectares) has completed technical infrastructure, attracting many mechanical and electronic production projects. Tam Thang Industrial Park (197.1 hectares), is considered a typical industrial park with modern infrastructure, smart planning, and concentration of many large corporations.
Tam Thang Industrial Park expansion (242ha) is CIZIDCO's third breakthrough in early 2022, with site clearance and infrastructure investment being accelerated, attracting high-tech, high-value-added, and environmentally friendly investment projects.
Mr. Le Ngoc Thuy - Director of CIZIDCO Company shared that, with the motto "Investor's success is our own success", CIZIDCO is determined to build a transparent investment environment, accompanying investors for a long time.
As of May 31, 2025, CIZIDCO has attracted 56 investment projects; including 25 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of VND 4,646 billion, 31 FDI projects with a total registered capital of more than USD 973 million, creating stable jobs for about 19,000 local workers, contributing thousands of billions of VND to the state budget each year.
Not only developing industrial park infrastructure, CIZIDCO also actively invests in residential infrastructure, contributing to perfecting the ecosystem for sustainable development and creating resettlement land funds for compensation, support, and resettlement of industrial parks in Tam Ky city with two outstanding projects: Tam Thang resettlement residential area (phase 1) and An Ha - Quang Phu western residential area.
Notably, Ban Thach Riverside Hotel managed by CIZIDCO is a high-standard accommodation location for investors, experts and partners when they come to survey and work in the Chu Lai - Tam Ky area, demonstrating the company's strategic development into the service - accommodation - investment connection sector in the new period.
