On the afternoon of June 28, the final round of the 2025 HDBank National Futsal Championship took place at the District 8 Futsal Club Gymnasium with an extremely thrilling championship race between defending champions Thai Son Nam Ho Chi Minh City and Thai Son Bac.
Before the final round, Thai Son Nam TP.HCM Club led the table with 36 points after 13 matches, 2 points more than Thai Son Bac.
Holding the right to decide, but the pressure on Thai Son Nam Club in Ho Chi Minh City is not small when their opponent Sahako is not weak. Especially when Thai Son Bac Club defeated Tre Ho Chi Minh City 6-0 in the previous match, thereby temporarily taking the lead.
Not wanting to miss the chance to win the championship, coach Nguyen Tuan Anh's team played with great effort and took a 2-0 lead over Sahako.

However, Sahako Club also played extremely resiliently to equalize 2-2, making the last 4 minutes of the match as tense as a bowstring. Because if they lost, Thai Son Nam TP.HCM Club would not be able to successfully defend the championship.
However, 2-2 was the final score of the match. With this result, Thai Son Nam Club, Ho Chi Minh City, had the same 37 points as Thai Son Bac, but still won the championship thanks to a better goal difference (56 compared to 41).
This is the third consecutive championship of Thai Son Nam Club, Ho Chi Minh City and the 14th championship out of 19 times the tournament has been held.
In addition to the Championship Cup and 500 million VND in prize money, Thai Son Nam Club in Ho Chi Minh City also won 2/3 individual titles: "Top scorer" (Nguyen Thinh Phat, 16 goals) and "Best player" (Chau Doan Phat).
The title "Best Goalkeeper" belongs to Pham Van Tu (Thai Son Bac).
Sahako Club won 3rd place. 4th place Saigon Titans won the style award.
The 2025 HDBank National Futsal Championship will take place from February 16 to June 28 with 8 participating teams. The teams will compete in a two-round robin format (home and away) to determine the final ranking points.
Each club is allowed to register 1 foreign player and 1 overseas Vietnamese player. In total, 56 matches took place in 2 localities: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
