(Dan Tri) - With the recognition of their diplomas, Vietnamese workers not only have their qualifications officially confirmed but also increase their chances of finding stable jobs in Germany.
This is the affirmation of Mr. Björn Koslowski, General Director of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam), at the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between this unit and An Duong Group on consulting on the process of recognizing Vietnamese diplomas in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mr. Björn Koslowski emphasized that the recognition of foreign qualifications is an important step for skilled workers wishing to work in Germany.

Through this process, workers not only have their qualifications officially confirmed, but also improve their chances of finding stable employment in Germany. At the same time, German businesses also benefit from a high-quality, specialized workforce, creating a "double benefit" for both sides.
However, the process of recognizing degrees is not simple, requiring long processing times and different requirements depending on the industry. Therefore, this cooperation agreement is expected to support Vietnamese workers in a systematic way, helping them understand the necessary steps to have their degrees recognized in Germany.
Mr. Björn Koslowski, General Director of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam).
According to Mr. Guido Hildner, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Vietnam, Germany is currently facing an aging population and labor shortage, especially in the technical sector. Meanwhile, Vietnam has a high proportion of working-age population, with many intelligent, eager-to-learn young people. This opens up great opportunities for both countries to cooperate in human resource development.
Mr. Bui Xuan Quang, Chairman of An Duong Group, commented that the number of Vietnamese vocational students studying in Germany is still quite small, while this market has great potential.
Therefore, the process of recognizing foreign degrees plays an important role for skilled workers who want to live and work in Germany for a long time. At the same time, this also contributes to improving the quality of Vietnamese human resources in the international market.
