Opportunity to export agricultural products to Algeria and Tunisia through bidding

Recently, the Vietnamese Trade Office in Algeria and Tunisia held working sessions with Algerian and Tunisian state agencies and enterprises in charge of importing agricultural products through international bidding.

Tunisian Commerce Office (Office du Commerce de la Tunisie)

As an agency under the Ministry of Trade of Tunisia, it has the exclusive right to import essential commodities such as rice, sugar, raw coffee, green tea through international tenders. To participate in the tender, suppliers must first meet the technical dossier for the relevant product and be supervised by a Purchasing Committee consisting of representatives of several Tunisian ministries. Contracts are signed and implemented on the principles of competitive, fair and transparent bidding.
