Recruitment "hotspots"
Amidst the strong global digital transformation, the field of Management and Digital Innovation is emerging as a highly promising sector in both domestic and international job markets.
This field also offers attractive income. The average salary for a Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDO) in Vietnam reaches $55,000 per year (approximately VND 1.3 billion), according to a report by SalaryExpert. In developed countries like the US, a CDO is paid an average of around $203,000 per year, in the UK around $150,000 per year, Singapore ranges from $110,000–$220,000, and Australia from $100,000–$170,000.
The World Economic Forum's (WEF) Future of Jobs 2025 report indicates that 60% of businesses expect technology and digitalization to be the primary drivers of organizational growth, surpassing all other human resource trends.
In Vietnam, the National Digital Transformation Program (2020) sets a dual goal: developing a digital government, digital economy, and digital society, and building Vietnamese digital technology enterprises capable of expanding globally.
Since then, digital transformation has made significant progress, simultaneously sparking a strong wave of transformation within the business community. Vietnam's digital economy is projected to grow to $49 billion by 2025.

Global trends have fueled a boom in the field of Digital Management and Innovation, as the demand for personnel capable of seamlessly integrating business and technology grows ever larger.
These professionals possess the knowledge and skills to leverage technology, understand the market, innovate operations, and anticipate customer behavior in a dynamic digital environment.

Equipping yourself for the digital age.
Management and Digital Innovation is one of the flagship programs at the British University Vietnam (BUV), with degrees awarded by the University of London and academically supervised by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
BUV is the first and only university in Vietnam to offer programs academically supervised by LSE – currently ranked 4th in the UK's best university rankings, according to The Guardian 2024.
Through this collaboration, students enrolled in the program will gain access to a deeply integrated understanding of business administration and modern digital technology.
The program is structured along a path from foundational to advanced levels. Students begin with basic subjects such as information systems, digital infrastructure, finance, and economics. Later years focus on digital innovation, applied statistics, and data analytics for strategic business decision-making.

Graduates with international degrees from the University of London can work in many developed countries, taking on professional and managerial positions such as Digital Transformation Director, Digital Manager, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager – roles that are in high demand and offer competitive compensation.
The demand for human resources in this field is rapidly increasing in line with the development of the digital economy. From financial technology (Fintech), healthcare (Healthtech), education (Edtech), e-commerce to smart cities, all sectors need experts capable of integrating technology and strategy. This presents a vast opportunity for graduates of the Digital Management and Innovation program at BUV.
In addition, BUV students have the opportunity to participate in short-term and postgraduate courses at 69 partner universities in 16 developed countries. Many of these are part of the Russell Group – an alliance of leading research universities in the UK, renowned for their teaching quality and global influence.
According to Mark Harris, Head of the Business Department at the British University Vietnam, what sets the program apart is its practicality and relevance to the demands of businesses.
He shared: “Students are equipped with the skills to operate effectively in a digital environment, from the ability to accurately analyze data to implement innovative solutions.”
Thanks to highly practical modules such as entrepreneurship, data analytics, and digital transformation, students develop sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to an increasingly digitized business environment.”
