At the conference, after listening to Deputy Chief Inspector Nguyen Xuan Dat announce the Inspection Decision, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs briefly reported on the implementation of legal provisions related to the inspection contents, from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2024 of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province. The report stated that the appointment and reappointment of leading and managing civil servants was carried out seriously; the procedures were strictly implemented, publicly, transparently, objectively, fully, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the principle of democratic centralism; there was no situation of running for positions, running for power, complaints and denunciations related to personnel work. The appointed civil servants were all included in the planning approved by competent authorities; meeting all conditions and standards required by the job position.
According to the Decision of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Inspection Team will conduct an inspection of the implementation of legal provisions on the appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions; organization of the administrative apparatus in Quang Tri province, from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2024, within 15 working days (from June 10 to June 28, 2024).

At the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung received the opinions of the inspection team and directed the agencies, units and localities in the province subject to inspection to fully prepare reports and related contents to work with the inspection team during the inspection process in Quang Tri province.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung emphasized that through the inspection work of the Ministry of Home Affairs this time, Quang Tri province determined that this is an opportunity for agencies and localities in the province to review what has been done, the remaining shortcomings, limitations and shortcomings to promptly adjust and ensure proper implementation of legal regulations.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung also assigned the Department of Home Affairs to notify the agencies and localities directly subject to inspection about the time and place of working with the Inspection Team; at the same time, arrange and arrange the most convenient working location and means during the process of the Inspection Team of the Ministry of Home Affairs working in Quang Tri province; and connect with the Inspection Team during the process of the Team working in the province.
