Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 117/CD-TTg dated July 20, 2025 of the Prime Minister on urgently deploying emergency response to storm ... Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests:

Based on the content of Official Dispatch No. 3550/CD-BVHTTDL dated July 19, 2025 on focusing on responding to storm No. 3 in 2025, Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports, Departments of Tourism in the above localities need to focus on directing, thoroughly grasping, and paying attention to a number of contents:

Closely following the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister, updating and monitoring the situation and developments of the storm, stepping up inspection and review of all tourist accommodation establishments, tourist attractions, especially coastal areas, islands, areas at risk of landslides and flash floods; propagating and coordinating with functional agencies and local authorities, mobilizing and moving boats and means of tourism activities at sea, evacuating tourists in the area to safety.

Urgently inspect, review, protect, and reinforce cultural, sports, and tourism facilities, historical and cultural relics, and outdoor exhibition areas at risk of being affected by the storm. Develop a plan to move rare documents and artifacts to a safe place if necessary.

Focus on directing press agencies, radio and television stations and grassroots information to increase the update of storm forecast bulletins from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, increase the duration and frequency of broadcasting storm forecast bulletins, promptly notify people to proactively prevent and respond to storms, guide leaders on prevention, response skills, and minimize damage, especially for people in dangerous areas, directly affected by storms, and areas at risk of flash floods and landslides.

Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry must closely monitor the situation, update forecast information and developments of the storm to deploy response, ensure safety for people and property managed by the unit, and activities organized by the unit; recommend civil servants, public employees and workers to limit going out during the storm and heavy rain and floods.

The Press Department, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information and the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information continue to direct press, media and grassroots information agencies nationwide to further promote propaganda, broadcasting and timely reporting on the storm's developments, warning people about the storm's developments and the risk of floods and landslides. In particular, focusing on information on skills, prevention, response in cases that may occur due to the influence and impact of the storm.

The Construction Investment Project Management Board proactively grasps the situation and directs contractors to develop specific response plans, deploy measures to ensure safety for construction works, and prepare available forces, means, and materials to respond to and overcome the consequences of storms and floods (if any).

Directors of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports, Departments of Tourism, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry in the above localities shall arrange forces, materials, means, assign leaders and officers to be on duty 24/24 hours to monitor the storm's developments, and promptly respond when situations occur in the area. Report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the situation of storm response, damage occurring in the management area of the Industry during and after the storm (if any) at the address:
