The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requires the public posting of land violations.
Accordingly, provincial People's Committees will have to publicly disclose information such as the land user who committed the violation, the address of the land parcel, the nature of the violation, the area of the violation, and the relevant handling documents. For cases where the violation has been rectified, the locality must also publish a document confirming the completion of the rectification. According to Government Decree 49, within 3 working days of discovering the violation or receiving confirmation of rectification, the handling agency must send the list to the provincial People's Committee for public disclosure. This information will be synchronized to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment's electronic portal and updated in the national land database.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is currently directing relevant units to finalize the Ministry's electronic portal to facilitate the posting of this content.
While awaiting the completion of the system, the Ministry requests that the People's Committees of provinces and cities continue to direct the issuance of documents regulating the administrative procedures for land; and at the same time, send documents, lists, and information on violations and remediation of land law violations to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for public posting on the Ministry's electronic portal.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests that localities pay attention to organizing the implementation to ensure transparency in land management and compliance with legal regulations.
