The shared operational information system software used in Party agencies integrates functions for managing documents, meeting schedules, task assignments, etc., contributing to improved work efficiency, transparency in operational processes, and aiming to eliminate paper documents.

In addition to training sessions, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh My commune have developed a specific plan to enhance the capacity of officials in digital transformation. As a result, the team of officials and civil servants basically meets the new requirements.

According to Specialist Huynh Van Luan (Party Building Department), he always engages in self-study, seriously participates in training, especially in using official software, which helps him handle work efficiently and contributes to the successful completion of assigned tasks.

At the An Xuyen Ward Public Administrative Service Center, Deputy Director Ngo Thi Thanh Thuy stated that the unit places special emphasis on applying information technology to the reception and processing of administrative procedures for citizens and businesses. The unit has set four goals, the first of which is to provide public administrative services to citizens quickly, conveniently, and accurately.
