"Quang Binh workers - Pioneers entering the new era"

(QBĐT) - The Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) in coordination with Quang Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television Station has just organized a program to exchange and commend outstanding and exemplary union officials and workers with the theme "Quang Binh Workers - Pioneers entering the new era".

Currently, the total number of workers and laborers in the province is more than 45,000 people. Workers and laborers are present in all economic sectors, industries, occupations, production, business and service fields. Thanks to the attention of the entire political system, the efforts of the Trade Union, the workforce of workers and laborers has been making strong progress, demonstrating a pioneering spirit in accessing and mastering new technologies, improving professional qualifications and skills, demonstrating a pioneering role in the new era.

With the role, functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization, in recent times, the Provincial Federation of Labor and Trade Unions at all levels have done a good job of taking care of the material and spiritual life as well as protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers in the province.

Enterprises and trade unions at all levels always enhance their responsibilities at the unit, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, well implement the democratic regulations at the grassroots level, negotiate and re-sign collective labor agreements with the motto "workers' rights are guaranteed, welfare is better".

20 exemplary workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam with many outstanding achievements in work, 20 Chairmen of grassroots Trade Unions who have performed well their roles, responsibilities, and are enthusiastic and dynamic in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers have been honored on this occasion. This is a great encouragement, demonstrating the attention and respect of the Party and State for important human resources - invaluable assets of each unit and enterprise.

Previously, in early 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor organized a photo contest "The beauty of traditional ao dai among female cadres, union members, and workers in Quang Binh ". The contest has created a strong spread at grassroots trade unions throughout the province.

At the exchange program, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded prizes to the winning groups and individuals of this photo contest.

The program to exchange and commend outstanding and typical union officials and workers with the theme "Quang Binh Workers - Pioneers entering the new era" is one of the programs within the framework of the activities of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

This is an opportunity to encourage and motivate workers to study, practice, and become highly qualified and skilled people, meeting the development requirements of the country in the new era - the era of national growth.
