The National Law Portal's digital media ecosystem continues to expand across Facebook, Zalo, and TikTok. Many content pieces have achieved high reach, including one article with 10.7 million views and nearly 600,000 interactions; the TikTok channel maintains 3-8 videos per day, with an average weekly increase of approximately 500,000 views.

Regarding information security, the Information Technology Department (Ministry of Justice) has coordinated with units A05, A06, and C06 to complete level 3 information security assessments for integration with the VNeID system.

To improve the quality and effectiveness of the National Legal Portal, at a meeting with relevant units, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Ngoc emphasized the need to complete the centralized legal database, ensuring the full updating of legal documents, international treaties, and case law; and to promote the codification and translation of legal documents. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of reviewing legal documents and perfect the mechanism for receiving and processing feedback and suggestions from citizens and businesses.

The Deputy Minister also requested the development of intelligent interactive tools such as legal Q&A, procedural guides, and judicial professional handbooks; continued improvement of functions for disseminating and educating about the law, providing legal assistance, supporting businesses, and connecting with VNeID to verify users and enhance the system's reliability. The sections on the Portal should focus on providing information on law and law enforcement, avoiding mere news content.

The Deputy Minister instructed the Department of Information Technology to promptly finalize and submit for approval the project ensuring the structure and functionality of the National Legal Portal; and to coordinate with relevant units to ensure the resources for implementation. The Department of Legal Education and Legal Aid was tasked with developing a plan and budget for annual operation, and continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Portal's activities in the future.
