The coastal road project north of An Hai bridge has reached 30% of the contract value.

Specifically, the section Km3+600-Km4+620 has completed the construction of the foundation, crushed stone aggregate foundation, drainage system, technical sewer, curb, and median strip. The total construction value is 27.5 billion VND, reaching 56% of the contract value. The section Km4+620-Km5+800 has completed the foundation, crushed stone aggregate foundation, drainage system, technical sewer, curb, and median strip. The implementation value is 32 billion VND, reaching 51% of the contract value.

For other sections, units and contractors have also completed part of the roadbed, crushed stone foundation, drainage culverts, technical culverts, and box culverts, with the completed volume from 7-20% of the contract value. In particular, for the section from Km3+600-Km4+800 (the section intersecting with DH31 road), construction units have organized the asphalt concrete paving of about 1.2km to facilitate people's travel.

It is known that the coastal road section north of An Hai bridge is 7.48km long; the starting point intersects with DH31 road (Km3+600), the ending point intersects with the beginning of An Hai bridge (Km11+082). In terms of scale, the section Km3+600-Km6+300 (2.7km long) has a roadbed width of 42m, the section Km6+300-Km11+082 (4.78km long) has a roadbed width of 52m. In addition, the project is also designed with a complete drainage system, technical culverts across the road and a traffic safety system. This project is expected to be completed in May 2026.
