The Examination and Treatment Department of Quan Ba Regional General Hospital has a scale of 4 floors and 1 attic, a total floor area of over 2,082m², a total investment of 34 billion VND, including 30 hospital beds, examination rooms, treatment rooms, working rooms, conference halls, and modern technical systems such as electricity, water supply and drainage, air conditioning, internal network, fire prevention and fighting, elevator system and basic medical equipment for examination and treatment.
In addition, the project also has synchronous investment in landscape with garden, fence, outdoor lighting system, house for backup generator and pump.
This is a special project with profound humanitarian significance, presented by General Secretary To Lam to the Party Committee, government and people of Quan Ba commune, one of the mountainous and border areas with many difficulties in Tuyen Quang province. Deo Ca Group was assigned to be the unit implementing the project. Not only contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for ethnic minorities in the mountainous areas, the project also demonstrates the deep concern of the Party leaders for the cause of protecting and taking care of the health of people in the border areas of the Fatherland.
Recently, a working group of the Ministry of Public Security and representatives of departments and branches of Tuyen Quang province came to inspect and work at the project. Reporting to the working group, a representative of Deo Ca Group said that at present, the project has completed all main and auxiliary items. Electrical equipment, air conditioning, and elevator systems have been installed, inspected, and put into trial operation. All interior furniture such as tables, chairs, filing cabinets, conference room equipment; medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, digestive endoscopy systems, immunological testing, ENT endoscopy, etc. have also been completely installed.
The construction unit is conducting general industrial cleaning, coordinating with the hospital to disinfect and sterilize from July 11 to 14 to prepare for handover. The working group of the Ministry of Public Security and departments and branches of Tuyen Quang province directly surveyed the items and highly appreciated the implementation capacity of Deo Ca Group.
The representative of the Ministry of Public Security acknowledged that despite the short construction time and large volume of work in adverse weather conditions, the implementing unit has demonstrated professionalism, high responsibility, and ensured quality according to the approved design documents. The working group also requested Deo Ca Group to add some auxiliary items to enhance the exploitation and use of the project. At the same time, the project handover time was agreed on July 25, 2025. "This is a special project that needs to be put into service for the people as soon as possible, with the spirit of "working to where, operating to where", the representative of the working group of the Ministry of Public Security emphasized.
Representatives of Deo Ca Group affirmed that they will continue to closely coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly complete additional tasks, soon put the project into operation and promote efficiency in serving the people.
