According to experts, air pollution in Hanoi is caused by four major groups of causes, including: traffic activities; industry - craft villages; construction and civil activities such as burning garbage and straw.
In the context of Hanoi facing serious air pollution, on the evening of March 7, according to Tien Phong reporter, at the Kim Dong underpass construction site (Hoang Mai, Hanoi), a group of workers calmly used a high-capacity blower to blow dust on the road surface, causing a large amount of dust to spread, seriously affecting traffic participants.
