AB Mauri Vietnam Company had nearly 29,000 m² of land revoked.

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to revoke over 28,000 m² of land from AB Mauri Vietnam Co., Ltd. in La Nga commune. The reason is that the company was not granted an extension of land use rights as stipulated in point c, clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to publicly notify the enterprise and relevant units; and at the same time, terminate the land lease contract with the company. The Provincial Land Registration Office was tasked with transferring information to the tax authority to calculate and collect financial obligations; update land cadastral records and revoke previously issued land use right certificates, house ownership certificates and certificates of ownership of assets attached to the land.

The People's Committee of La Nga commune is responsible for handing over the land revocation decision to the company; if the company refuses to accept it or is absent, a record must be made and publicly posted at the commune's People's Committee office and in the community gathering place.

The Provincial People's Committee has requested AB Mauri Vietnam Co., Ltd. to urgently relocate all assets, machinery, and equipment to hand over the land to the State for management in accordance with regulations.
