AB Mauri Vietnam Company had nearly 29 thousand square meters of land revoked

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to reclaim more than 28,000 square meters of land from AB Mauri Vietnam Co., Ltd. in La Nga commune. The reason is that the company is not allowed to extend the land use term according to the provisions of Point c, Clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to publicly notify the enterprise and related units; at the same time, liquidate the land lease contract with the company. The Provincial Land Registration Office is assigned to transfer information to the tax authority to calculate and collect financial obligations; adjust changes in land records and revoke the issued certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land.

La Nga Commune People's Committee is responsible for handing over the land recovery decision to the company; if the enterprise does not receive it or is absent, a record must be made and publicly posted at the Commune People's Committee headquarters and at the community meeting place.

The Provincial People's Committee requested AB Mauri Vietnam Co., Ltd. to urgently relocate all assets, machinery and equipment to hand over the land to the State for management according to regulations.
