Titan Hai Phong Joint Stock Company was approved to invest in Tran Duong Industrial Park - Hoa Binh

Hai Phong City has just approved the investment policy and accepted the investor to implement the project of Investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park Phase 1, marking an important step forward in the development strategy of the port city.

The investment registration certificate for the above project was awarded at the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference held on July 15, within the framework of the 3rd APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC 3) Meeting Week.

Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park is located in the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong - Hai Phong City, established under Decision No. 1511/QD-TTg dated December 4, 2024 of the Prime Minister. The project has one side adjacent to Provincial Road 354, with a main road connecting to District Road 17A, directly connecting to the coastal road connecting to Quang Ninh and Hung Yen (former Thai Binh province) under construction, currently over 70% of the volume has been completed. When completed, the route will shorten the distance and time to Cat Bi airport, Dinh Vu port and Lach Huyen port.

Hai Phong granted investment registration certificates and investment cooperation memorandums with a total registered capital of up to 15.5 billion USD.

Tran Duong Industrial Park - Hoa Binh (Area A) - Phase 1 has a total investment of more than 3,259 billion VND, the implementation period is 50 years from the date of investment policy approval. The project is oriented to form a high-tech industrial complex, in line with the development strategy of Hai Phong towards smart urban areas, green industry and sustainable energy conversion. The project is invested by Titan Hai Phong Joint Stock Company - an affiliate of GELEX Infrastructure Joint Stock Company.

At the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference, Hai Phong leaders pledged to build a creative government that best serves all activities of investors and businesses.

Representative of Titan Hai Phong JSC received the project investment registration certificate.

Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee emphasized: "We will continue to invest heavily in strategic transport infrastructure, carry out public and transparent administrative procedures and always take the convenience and satisfaction of businesses as a measure of public service efficiency, ensuring that Hai Phong is truly a reliable companion of investors from now on."
