"The Youth Train with the journey to the source of Vietnam to love - Promote the beauty of Vietnamese culture and tourism" and the 2025 Youth Union training conference are a series of activities organized and implemented by the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Youth Union of Vietnam Railways Corporation, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Youth Union of Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group, Quang Tri Provincial Youth Union and related agencies and units in coordination, organization and implementation according to the direction of the Government Youth Union and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism . The program includes a series of practical activities taking place in Hanoi and Quang Tri province from July 17 to 20, 2025.
The Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated to organize a rally to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The series of activities is organized to enhance education on revolutionary ideals, foster patriotism and national pride for union members and young people through gratitude activities and journeys to the source at historical revolutionary sites in the heroic homeland of Quang Tri. At the same time, the program contributes to improving knowledge and professional skills for the team of Union officials, keeping up with development trends such as applying digital technology, artificial intelligence, protecting the Party's ideological foundation and developing green tourism.
Through cultural and artistic activities, combined with specialized training and practical experiences at historical sites, the program creates opportunities for union members and young people to learn, exchange and gain a deeper understanding of the history, culture and people of Vietnam. Thereby, not only honoring traditional values but also spreading the spirit of solidarity, arousing the desire to contribute and promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam, especially the heroic land of Quang Tri to union members and young people across the country.

Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated the idea of the Youth Union of the units that combined the quintessence of traditional art bearing the cultural imprint of the Vietnamese people with the journey to the source and promoting Vietnamese tourism.
The Deputy Minister affirmed that this is a new and creative model. The journey back to the source by train has a very profound meaning: "This is a meaningful cultural-tourism and gratitude event of the union members and young people, a clear demonstration of the close cooperation between the union organizations under the Government Youth Union with the desire to create a journey to promote railway tourism, combined with exploiting the profound cultural and historical values of the country".

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Le Minh Duc, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: "With the theme: Vietnam - Travel to love, the tourism development stimulus program launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025 carries an emotional and meaningful tourism message: "Go to love". This journey is not only about traveling but also about discovery, experience, connection, a meaningful journey back to the source on the occasion of July 27 - War Invalids and Martyrs Day, contributing to educating the revolutionary ideals and glorious historical traditions of the nation for the union members. Our young generation looks back at the past to be confident today, both cherishing and determined to preserve and develop the country. The train carries the meaning of solidarity, remembrance, and honor of young cultural ambassadors with a pioneering and creative spirit in educating revolutionary ideals, preserving and promoting traditional cultural values combined with promoting tourism".
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the leaders of the units directly saw the delegation off at the train station. This was a beautiful image, demonstrating the bond between generations, while affirming the trust and responsibility that the previous generation entrusted to today's youth.
According to the plan, from July 18-20, union members and young people will participate in incense offering activities at the Monument of Youth Volunteers Against the US to Save the Country in Phong Nha Commune, a practical learning program at the 7-storey Cave (Chi Huy Cave) and practical learning at the Song Chay - Dark Cave tourist area; a training conference on union work in 2025; a candle lighting ceremony at the Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery and the 2025 Summer Volunteer Campaign.
Along with that, the delegation continued to carry out the journey of gratitude and traditional education at typical red addresses in Quang Tri province with the following activities: Offering incense at Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery; Visiting the Headquarters of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of South Vietnam in Cam Lo; Visiting and presenting gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers; Offering incense at Quang Tri Ancient Citadel.
