On July 16, in Hanoi, the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) organized a training session on the use and distribution of specialized Honda Goldwing 2023 motorcycle equipment to the Traffic Police force of the police of 11 provinces and cities.
Accordingly, 30 Honda Goldwing 2023 motorcycles were handed over to the Traffic Police force under the Department and 11 provinces and cities including: Bac Ninh, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hanoi , Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa. The specialized motorcycles will serve the work of guiding delegations of Party and State leaders and international guests to visit and work in Vietnam.

According to the leader of the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), the allocation and addition of new vehicles to the Traffic Police force aims to build a regular, elite, modern Traffic Police force, ready to welcome and lead delegations of Party and State leaders and international guests to visit and work in Vietnam.
The fleet of Honda Goldwing 2023 super motorcycles was used by the Traffic Police Department and the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police to lead the delegation of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol during his visit to Vietnam from June 22 to 24.
