Accordingly, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requires Vietnamese airlines to supplement transport forces and increase capacity on international and domestic routes. Airlines are actively working with aircraft leasing partners around the world to search for aircraft, supplement transport forces, and replace aircraft that have been suspended due to engine recalls; at the same time, research to increase capacity on domestic routes, tourism routes, especially flights to/from Can Tho International Airport.
Regarding passenger transport service prices, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requires airlines to continue to strictly implement regulations on domestic air passenger transport service prices, declare prices, post prices, publicize information on prices and ticket sales programs according to regulations. At the same time, review and adjust the way information is displayed, clarify the items that customers must pay in the displayed ticket price, and avoid confusing passengers when purchasing tickets.
In addition, Vietnamese airlines need to build flexible fare ranges, continue to have preferential policies on domestic flight fares in accordance with the reality of the aviation transport market, as well as the needs of people and major tourism and festival programs.
Vietnamese airlines must widely communicate information about promotional programs and ticket discount policies through electronic information pages, newspapers and media, increasing people's access to information about the airline's ticket price policies; at the same time, regularly check and monitor the electronic ticket sales system and ticket sales system through agent channels, detect and handle ticket sales, declaration and ticket price posting activities that violate the law and the airline's policies.
To meet peak summer demand, Vietnamese airlines are optimizing to increase aircraft usage time to maintain operations and meet the transportation needs of the Vietnamese aviation industry.
Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines , Vietjet, Bamboo Airways, Pacific Airlines and Vietravel Airlines have increased a series of night flights on many routes, with many promotional programs for cheap tickets, 0 VND tickets (excluding taxes and fees), and many convenient service products.
Flights departing from 1 a.m. to about 2:30 a.m. mainly focus on tourist routes to and from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hue, Vinh, Nha Trang, Hai Phong, etc., thereby reducing ticket prices, creating more convenient conditions for people and tourists to have more travel options.
Previously, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam organized an inspection team to evaluate the declaration and listing of airfares of Vietnamese airlines. Thereby, it proposed appropriate solutions and adjustments, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management activities, protecting the interests of the State, the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and individuals, especially passengers.
