Notably, People's Artist Xuan Bac - Director of the Department of Performing Arts, along with People's Artist Tu Long, made a surprise appearance, accompanying the two MCs as auctioneers, contributing to the warm and emotional atmosphere.

Before entering the second auction, People's Artist Xuan Bac - a member of the Organizing Committee of the 1st World Cultural Festival in Hanoi - introduced a short clip recording the sincere sharing of people in the disaster area. That image reminded everyone of the profound meaning of volunteer activities, a bridge of love to help people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
While leading the auction of the ceramic vase with the theme of motherly love, People's Artist Tu Long also spontaneously performed a part of the song "Mother loves child" - which had caused strong emotions in the program "Anh trai travails ngan cong gai" - making the space become calm and emotional.
At the end of the auction, a total of 2.5 billion VND was raised from donors and attendees. All the money will be sent to support people in areas affected by storms and floods, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love among Vietnamese people.

In the third quarter alone, Vietnam suffered 8 storms, 4 in September alone. A part of the population is struggling with the difficulties caused by natural disasters.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister sent his deepest condolences to localities and families suffering loss of life and property; and called for contributions, cooperation and sharing from compatriots nationwide and international friends.
