Cluster No. 6 summarizes emulation work for the first six months of 2024.

This afternoon, July 7th, in Dong Ha City, the Quang Tri Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VH,TT&DL), the deputy head of Emulation Cluster No. 6, held a preliminary review of emulation work for the first six months of the year and implemented tasks for the last six months of 2024 for the cluster.

Cluster No. 6 comprises the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and the Departments of Culture and Tourism of the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, and Quang Tri. In 2024, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh was elected as the cluster leader.

Following the directives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the theme for launching the patriotic emulation movement throughout the sector in 2024 being "Promoting the driving role of culture, sports and tourism in the sustainable development of the country," the emulation cluster and its units have launched and registered emulation campaigns for 2024 with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the province; organizing practical emulation movements, focusing on doing a good job of advising on state management, proactively carrying out professional activities, contributing to the completion and promotion of socio-economic development of each locality in the region.

Fully and promptly implement the regular and thematic reporting regime to the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board, the Personnel and Organization Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the emulation clusters and blocs of ministries and provinces. Reorganize the emulation and commendation council; implement the awarding of extraordinary and thematic commendations in accordance with regulations, prioritizing and paying attention to rewarding direct laborers; effectively carry out the work of identifying, nurturing, and replicating advanced models.

Regarding the tasks for the last six months of 2024, Emulation Cluster No. 6 will focus its efforts, overcome difficulties, and strive to successfully complete the socio-economic development targets and tasks for 2024, focusing on several key areas: closely following the directives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the province to effectively disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations; commemorating major anniversaries and holidays, and the political tasks of the country and the province; strengthening administrative discipline and order; and implementing comprehensively and effectively the tasks and solutions set forth by the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee within the functions, duties, and areas of work assigned to the relevant sectors.

Continue to vigorously implement Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development. Effectively implement the policies and tasks related to emulation and reward work.
