6th Fujairah International Piano Competition: Vietnam wins 3 awards

The Vietnamese delegation had 3 contestants winning prizes and was one of the few countries to own 3 prizes including Encouragement prize group A, Third prize group B and First prize group C; Nguyen Duc Kien excellently won First prize.

At the 6th Fujairah International Piano Competition held in January 2025 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), young talent Nguyen Duc Kien won first prize, bringing glory to Vietnam.

This is a very meaningful victory because Nguyen Duc Kien passed the qualifying round in Vietnam, 2 live rounds in Fujairah and more than 24 other contestants from classical piano training powerhouses such as Russia, France, Italy, Germany, England, Japan...

The Vietnamese delegation had 3/5 contestants winning prizes and was one of the few countries to own 3 prizes including the Encouragement Prize in Group A, Third Prize in Group B and First Prize in Group C./.
