On May 31, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department (CJD) of Ho Chi Minh City organized enforcement of judgment against Anh Minh General Hospital Company Limited (Anh Minh Hospital), No. 15-16 Phan Van Tri, Ward 7, Go Vap District.
Previously, the HCM City Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement organized the enforcement of the judgment of the High People's Court in HCM City, forcing Mr. Vu Hai Anh to pay Vietnam Thinh Phat Debt Trading Company Limited (abbreviated as Vietnam Thinh Phat Company) more than 238 billion VND.
Minh Anh Hospital has 2 capital contributors, including Mr. Hai Anh contributing 59 billion VND and his younger brother contributing 531 billion VND. In 2012, Mr. Hai Anh borrowed 230 billion VND from Ocean Bank to supplement capital to buy back part of his younger brother's capital contribution in Anh Minh Hospital.

The collateral for the loan is the entire land and assets attached to the land of the hospital and the entire capital contribution of the two brothers. OceanBank disbursed 83.8 billion VND and by 2016, OceanBank sued to claim the debt and interest of 169 billion VND. After that, the bank sold the debt to Viet Nam Thinh Phat Company. To date, the debt and interest have amounted to more than 238 billion VND.
Because Mr. Vu Hai Anh did not voluntarily execute the judgment, the enforcement officer organized the seizure and handling of assets, including all land use rights and assets on land number 15-16 Phan Van Tri.
In March 2023, when organizing the auction of the above assets, Viet Nam Thinh Phat Company won the auction for more than 440 billion VND and paid to buy the assets, but Anh Minh Hospital did not hand over the assets.
