On the afternoon of September 27, the leadership of Thu Duc Prison (Z30D, located in Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan province) announced that they had apprehended escaped inmate Ho Van Dang (32 years old, residing in Tan Nghia town, Ham Tan district).
After hours of searching, authorities discovered Dang hiding in a stream near Sub-camp 4.

This morning, while serving his sentence at Z30D Prison, inmate Ho Van Dang took advantage of a work shift in sub-camp number 4 to escape. The police then issued a warrant for Dang's arrest; over 200 police officers were mobilized to apprehend the escaped inmate.
Previously, on August 4th, inmate Ho Van Dang was transferred to Z30D Prison to serve his 3-year sentence for "Intentional infliction of injury".
