Ms. Thu Thao (from Trung Thanh commune) said that every year on June 1st, she usually takes her child to a bookstore or toy store to choose their favorite gift. “My child loves going to bookstores because there are many toys, comic books, and children's books with eye-catching colors. This year, my child wants a Lego set and a few comic books to play with and read with friends during the summer,” Ms. Thao shared.

Ms. Lu Thi My Lien, Head of the Fahasa Bookstore in Vinh Long (Long Chau Ward), said that this year's sales have increased by about 30% compared to the same period last year. Many parents and schools are choosing gifts to encourage and motivate students after the school year. To serve customers, the store is implementing many discount programs ranging from 10-50% on books, school supplies, and toys.

On June 10th, the Co.opmart system implemented the "Happy Children's Day - Amazing Deals" program with many children's products discounted. Many items such as milk, confectionery, clothing, shoes, backpacks, and children's supplies are discounted by up to 30%, helping parents save on shopping costs.
