DNO - On the afternoon of June 16, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting informed that on June 17 and 18, in the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen , there will be hot and extremely hot weather, with some places experiencing especially intense heat, with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 36-38 degrees Celsius, and some places above 39 degrees Celsius; the lowest relative humidity commonly ranging from 50-65%.

In the North, there is hot weather, some places are extremely hot with the highest temperature commonly 35-37 degrees Celsius, some places above 37 degrees Celsius.
Hot weather in the Northern region is likely to last until around June 21; in the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, hot weather and severe heat will continue for many days.
In Da Nang city alone, from June 17 to 25, the sky will be partly cloudy, hot and sunny, with the highest temperature being 37-38 degrees Celsius.
During hot days, in the late afternoon in the North and mountainous areas of the Central region, there is a possibility of thunderstorms with tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
