On July 10, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced the auction of land use rights for 8 plots of land in the city.
Notably, land plot A2-2 An Hoa 4 residential area, Nai Hien Dong ward (Son Tra district), 9,525m2 wide, has 5 street frontages: Van Don, Tran Thanh Tong, Hoang Quoc Viet, Nai Thinh 5 and Nai Thinh 7. The purpose of use is to build a general hospital.

Land plot A2-2 is approved for auction of land use rights in the form of annual land lease payment, starting price of over 271,000 VND/m2/year (nearly 2.6 billion VND/year). Deadline for selling documents is July 22.
In addition, area A2-8 of the expanded area E2 - Residential area south of Cam Le bridge (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district) also attracts attention as it is more than 10,900m2 wide, with the purpose of building a nursing home.
This land has frontage on Tran Quoc Thao, Tran Nam Trung and Liem Lac 5 streets, with a starting price of over VND 206,000/m2/year (over VND 2.2 billion/year).
Another land plot with 3 street frontages: Con Dau 4 - Con Dau 6 - Con Dau 7 (belonging to area E of the residential area expansion south of Cam Le bridge, Hoa Xuan ward), 2,277m2 wide, for the purpose of building a kindergarten, starting price of more than 184,000 VND/m2/year (more than 418 million VND/year).
The land plot at 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam (Cam Le district) is over 2,900 square meters wide, intended for building a parking lot, with a starting price of over 68,000 VND/square meter/year (over 197 million VND/year).
Land plot No. 522B Nguyen Luong Bang (Lien Chieu district), over 6,300 square meters wide, intended for construction of a general hospital, has a starting price of over 190,000 VND/square meter/year (over 1.1 billion VND/year).
Land plot A2-2 on Mac Thien Tich street (belonging to residential area south of Bui Ta Han, Ngu Hanh Son district) is over 1,480m2 wide, for the purpose of building a kindergarten, with a starting price of over 187,000 VND/m2/year (over 276 million VND/year).
Land plot A12 on DT602 road (Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district), over 3,600 square meters wide, for the purpose of building a supermarket, has a starting price of over 94,400 VND/square meter/year (over 339 million VND/year).
For the land plot marked C2-9B at the corner of Nguyen Van Vinh - Huynh Tinh Cua street (Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district) with an area of over 2,900m2, the purpose of using it to build a warehouse, payment in one time, starting price is over 7.4 million VND/m2 (over 21.4 billion VND).
