Da Nang - an emerging wedding destination for Indian brides and grooms

Bride Kulvin Kaur and groom Dilip Bhagwan chose Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa as the wedding venue from February 2 to 4, 2024 with the participation of more than 200 guests.

Danang Marriot Resort and Spa is the next venue for the wedding of bride Heena Paryani and groom Bhisham Ramchandani, taking place from February 29 to March 2, 2024.

Representatives of the Tourism Promotion Center - Department of Tourism presented flowers and gifts to congratulate the couple.

Both couples are of Indian origin, currently living and working in Singapore and the Philippines. However, the couples still maintained Indian traditions with many grand wedding ceremonies. With more than 200 guests for each wedding, the total number of hotel rooms for the two weddings reached more than 650 room nights, staying at two international-class resorts in Da Nang, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa and Danang Marriot Resort and Spa.

“Mr. Dhinesh Rajarathinam - CEO of Dated Luxury Weddings Company, the organizer of the two recent weddings, shared, "In 2024, we received requests for wedding consultation for about 30 international couples. Particularly for couples from India, we organized weddings for 5 couples in the first quarter of 2024. The company expects to organize about 20 international weddings this year, including 6-8 Indian couples."

3 big weddings of Indian couples and dozens of weddings of couples in the form of wedding tourism took place in the first 2 months of 2024, which is a positive signal, expecting Da Nang to become a popular emerging wedding tourism destination in the Asia region.
