The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just approved the adjustment of the Da Nang City Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030 with the content of adding areas planned for housing development.
Specifically, Da Nang has 69 areas planned for social housing development. Of these, 15 areas are currently implementing projects, including: 1 area in Hai Chau district, 2 areas in Son Tra district, 3 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 7 areas in Lien Chieu district, and 2 areas in Hoa Vang district.
At the same time, Da Nang has 54 areas planned to implement social housing projects including: 1 area in Son Tra district, 7 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 12 areas in Lien Chieu district, 7 areas in Cam Le district, 27 areas in Hoa Vang district.
The list of areas planned for commercial housing development is 122 areas. Of these, 72 areas are implementing projects including: 14 areas in Hai Chau district, 23 areas in Son Tra district, 16 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 13 areas in Lien Chieu district, 2 areas in Hoa Vang district, 2 areas in Cam Le district, 2 areas combining Lien Chieu district and Hoa Vang district.
Da Nang also has 50 areas expected to implement the project including: 12 areas in Hai Chau district, 11 areas in Son Tra district, 5 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 5 areas in Lien Chieu district, 13 areas in Hoa Vang district, 4 areas in Cam Le district.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the implementation of the Housing Development Program of Da Nang City for the period 2021-2030; annually, organize assessments, advise the City People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Construction according to regulations.
