Bac Ninh assigns investors to implement two social housing projects

DNVN - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Decision No. 281/QD-UBND assigning the investor to implement the project of Social Housing Area No. 01 in Area No. 5 and No. 9 of the Southern urban area of ​​Bac Giang city (now Bac Giang ward and Tan Tien ward, Bac Ninh province).

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned Nodeco Joint Stock Company as the project investor. The joint venture of Nodeco Joint Stock Company and Hai Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is the investor.

The project is invested and built on 2 plots of land (code B-OXH-1 and B-OXH-3) with a total area of ​​about 14,466m2. Of which, at plot B-OXH-1, with an area of ​​7,476m2, social housing buildings will be built with 19 floors above ground and 1 basement; the total maximum construction area is 2,990m2. At plot B-OXH-3, with an area of ​​6,990m2, social housing buildings will be built with 17 floors above ground and 1 basement; the total maximum construction area is 2,796m2.

The functional spaces in the buildings include: Parking space (located in the basement); commercial service business space (maximum 20% of the total residential floor area of ​​the project); apartments; communal, public and technical living spaces serving the entire building. In addition, there is also a technical system serving the entire building.

The project provides about 1,000 social housing apartments, providing accommodation for about 3,600 people and a maximum of about 15,650 square meters of commercial and service floor space.

The project's operating period is 50 years.
