With a total investment of nearly 30 billion VND, the village structure project and the arrangement and settlement of ethnic minority residents in the two communes mentioned above have built essential infrastructure items in two resettlement areas of more than 6 hectares.

The community activity houses are independent blocks, each with 2 floors, with a usable area of over 400m2, built on a campus of nearly 4,000m2, meeting the needs of entertainment, collective activities, ensuring space for organizing festivals, and performing folk games of the people during festivals.
It is expected that after completion and put into use by the end of 2025, the projects will contribute to stabilizing long-term housing for the Co Tu and Kor people living in areas at high risk of landslides.
Currently, Da Nang has 33 communes in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Many areas such as Tra Leng, Tra Linh, Tra Lien, Tra Giap, La Dee, Song Vang, Song Kon, Phuoc Nang, Phuoc Chanh, Phuoc Thanh... are often affected by landslides and flash floods.
Building village structures and arranging residents not only helps people stabilize their housing and ensure safety, but also aims to replicate housing models that are suitable to customs and practices, save land funds, and create a foundation for people to improve their livelihoods and develop sustainably.
