Accordingly, the innovation zone planning at a scale of 1/2000 covers a total area of ​​approximately 3,770 hectares in three localities: Ngu Hanh Son district, Cam Le district, and Hoa Vang district.

According to the plan, by 2030, this area will have a population of approximately 233,000 people, with the characteristics of a training center linked to a university town, an innovation center, a software park, and a regional medical center.

The central area of ​​the innovation zone covers approximately 696 hectares and includes distinctive spaces such as a university village, specialized functional areas, and a multidisciplinary education , training, and scientific research center, all planned in the direction of a smart and green city.

The innovation zone planning covers a total area of ​​approximately 3,770 hectares.

The regional medical center will be established, forming an international hospital that links with medical universities and healthcare facilities in the region. In addition, there will be commercial and service spaces, mixed-use residential and service areas along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street.

The Innovation Zone master plan will prioritize the construction of new transportation routes and grade-separated interchanges to enhance connectivity.
