Da Nang launches hotline to resolve problems in two-level government operations

On June 25, the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City announced that the hotline for receiving and resolving problems related to digital transformation applications in two-level government activities has officially been put into operation.

Accordingly, the official hotline number is: *1022 (extension 3); backup: 0236 383 1022. For phone number *1022, it will receive and guide people to use administrative procedures. Director of the Information and Monitoring Center, Intelligent Operation (IOC) Nguyen Van Quoc said: Units focus on propaganda so that people know and call the hotline when they need support; because after the merger, in the first stage, the implementation of procedures had many changes, people were still confused, having a hotline will better support people.

From June 25, the hotline officially operated. 94 communes and wards of Da Nang city (new) also deployed so that people and officials, civil servants and public employees know and use the contact phone number to get advice on using administrative procedures and support, handling problems in using software and infrastructure; especially during the second trial operation period of communes and wards.

From June 25 to June 27, the remaining 87 wards and communes of Da Nang City (new) officially conducted the second trial operation. It is expected that on June 28, the Steering Committees of the two localities will continue to meet to evaluate and draw experience after the trial operation, promptly removing any obstacles to ensure the organization and apparatus operate smoothly, stably and effectively from July 1.
