Highlights of the friendship exchange program "Warm border love"

NDO - To celebrate the 58th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Cambodia diplomatic relations (June 24, 1967 - June 24, 2025), on the evening of April 24, in Ea Sup town, Ea Sup border district, Dak Lak province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province coordinated with the Department of Culture and Arts of Mondulkiri province, Kingdom of Cambodia and the People's Committee of Ea Sup district and related units to organize the friendship exchange program "Border affection".

Attending the program were representatives of leaders of agencies, units, and localities of Dak Lak and Mondulkiri provinces, along with a large number of people from Ea Sup district.

An art performance praising the relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia to continue to be united, close and develop was performed by the Mondulkiri Provincial Art Troupe, Cambodia.

The program took place with 15 elaborately and magnificently staged performances of many unique genres from the Mondulkiri Provincial Art Troupe, the Dak Lak Provincial Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command's Art Team, and the Ea Sup District Media-Culture -Sports Center.

The performances praised the solidarity, traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia; the solidarity and close friendship between Dak Lak and Mondulkiri provinces. At the same time, the performances also promoted the unique cultural and artistic features of the two countries in general and of Dak Lak and Mondulkiri provinces in particular to the audience.

Speaking at the program, Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai emphasized: Dak Lak and Mondulkiri provinces share a common border, closely connected in terms of geography, culture, economy and people. Over the past time, the governments and people of the two provinces have always united, cooperated and supported each other in economic development, maintaining security and order in the border area, building a peaceful , friendly, cooperative and developed border.

Today's art exchange program held in the border district of Ea Sup is not only an opportunity to introduce and promote the cultural beauty and people of each country, but also a bridge to connect feelings, foster trust and mutual understanding between the people of Dak Lak and Mondulkiri provinces.
