On the evening of September 2nd, at Nguyen Hue pedestrian street (District 1), the Ho Chi Minh City Organizing Committee for the commemoration of major holidays held a special art program with the theme "Sacred Fatherland".
This event commemorates the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024). The performance "National Festival" opened the art program.
The suite "August 19th, the August Flag and the Declaration of Independence" was performed by the MTV.SG and Mat Troi Viet dance and music groups.
