Hai Duong specialties present at the 'Hai Phong Delicacies' Food Festival

Hai Duong specialties including green bean cakes, dishes made from blood worms, Kiep Bac lotus tea... will be present at the 'Hai Phong Delicacies' Culinary Festival this May.

Hai Phong Food Festival takes place from May 10 - 12

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong's liberation and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong in 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City organizes the "Hai Phong Delicacies" Food Festival.

The food festival takes place over 3 days (from May 10 to 12) at Hai Phong Station and Nguyen Du Flower Garden.

At Hai Phong Station, there are 5 booths displaying and selling foodtour dishes (street food) to take home, providing tourist information, destinations, souvenirs, and handmade products.

Kiep Bac lotus tea will be introduced at the "Hai Phong Delicacies" Food Festival

At Nguyen Du Flower Garden, there are 20 stalls, including 9 street food stalls (Hai Phong food tour); 11 stalls of cuisine, delicacies, local specialties, OCOP products of districts, etc.

Hai Duong has 2 booths participating in the festival at Nguyen Du Flower Garden. In which, the booth "Hai Duong specialties" of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism includes 2 products: green bean cakes and dishes made from blood worms; the booth "Con Son - Kiep Bac specialties" of the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic management board includes lotus tea, Kiep Bac lotus wine, Con Son green bean cakes, Con Son honey, Con Son chrysanthemum tea.
