Speaking at the opening of the congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies Nguyen Thanh Nhan emphasized: The 1st Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030 not only has the meaning of summarizing and orienting for a term, but also is the convergence of will, aspiration, intelligence and belief of all cadres and party members in specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee.
Thereby, affirming the spirit of solidarity, unity, inheritance and development; determined to build the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies to be truly clean, strong, worthy of the trust of the Party Committee and the People in the province.
With the theme "Building a clean, strong, united and unified Party organization; enhancing the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres and party members; building civilized and modern agencies and organizations; meeting well the requirements of tasks in the new development stage", the congress set the central goal of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members; and building a truly clean and strong Party organization.
Lead cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, successfully complete political tasks, contribute to the successful implementation of the resolution of the Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term and the resolution of the 12th Provincial Party Congress. The Party Committee has clearly defined specific targets to realize strategic goals, specifically: Striving for 90% or more of grassroots party organizations to complete their tasks well; 95% or more of party members to complete their tasks well; striving to develop 60 or more party members; and the rate of mass mobilization into socio-political organizations to be 60% or more.
Timely implementation of the Party's policies and resolutions, the rate of acceptance by Party members reached over 98%; civil servants and public employees reached over 95%; 100% of Party organizations implemented studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, Session XI, XII and Conclusion No. 21-LK/TW of the Politburo; 100% of Party members developed plans to implement studying and following Uncle Ho.
