Exhibition of national achievements: Opportunity to experience quintessential products from all over the country

Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh, Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Management, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province, said: To deploy and implement the National Achievements Exhibition Space at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city) on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, the province directly contacted and connected with nearly 120 units. Thai Nguyen organized the selection of 98 units, enterprises, production and business establishments, and universities in the area, unanimously selecting 868 typical products, models and artifacts. Of which, the industrial sector has 33 products from 10 units and enterprises; the agricultural sector has 650 products from 56 units and enterprises; the innovation space has 120 products, models, artifacts, publications and documents from 20 units and enterprises. In addition, the province also has many products, model artifacts and publications from other sectors. Thai Nguyen wishes to display and widely promote typical products, models and artifacts to people at home and abroad, thereby increasing consumption and consumption, boosting production, and contributing to the economic development of the province.

Ms. Ma Thi Day (stage name Bao An) in Ban Luong village, My Thanh commune, Thai Nguyen province, shared: "Our group has more than 20 people from the Then singing and Tinh lute Sac Cham club of Thai Nguyen province. The group brought 15 performances to the exhibition with the desire to bring indigenous art and culture to serve the people, especially introducing and promoting the intangible cultural heritage of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups with folk songs such as Then singing, Luon singing, and dances. Mr. Hung, a resident of Dinh Cong ward, Hanoi city, said: "I don't know much about ethnic culture, especially the singing and dancing melodies. Coming to the National Achievement Exhibition this time, I got to sit at a table and enjoy the best tea, and watch young girls wearing beautiful national costumes, singing Then and playing Tinh together, which was very impressive. The lyrics and songs of the ethnic girls dispel fatigue and at the same time make the spirit comfortable after many stressful working days." According to Mr. Hung, coming to the National Achievement Exhibition, I realized that our country has many delicious products, beautiful designs, reasonable prices and the quality of many items is better than imported goods. With many types of Vietnamese products and goods of high quality, safety, diverse designs, rich, clear origin, we can completely rest assured to buy them for family consumption, as gifts for relatives and especially together promote Vietnamese brands widely to increase consumption, contributing to the development of the country. Typically, products such as tea, coffee, pepper, cashew nuts, fruits of provinces and cities.

As a retired literature teacher, Ms. Le Tam (60 years old), Thach That commune, Hanoi, woke up very early, took 2 buses to visit the National Exhibition Center. Ms. Tam excitedly said: Going to the exhibition, I really liked the display booths, introducing craft villages of Hanoi, Hai Phong, Lang Son, many outstanding and unique local specialties, especially the area introducing the cuisine of Ho Chi Minh City.

“It only happens once every 80 years. After seeing the exhibition, I am also looking forward to witnessing the parade at Ba Dinh Square. Tonight I will go home to my daughter’s house (who is staying in Tu Liem ward) to be able to wake up early to watch the rehearsal on August 30,” Ms. Tam added.

Mr. Le Dinh Nga (64 years old, in Van Lung, Phu Tho) - a veteran who participated in the border campaign shared: Although we have only visited a few exhibition areas, the modern space and many new technologies surprised us. Especially, when we visited the weapons and equipment exhibition area of the Ministry of National Defense, we were really happy because our country was able to produce modern tanks and missiles. Our soldiers in the past had a hard time and lacked a lot, now everything has changed a lot, I feel happy to witness those changes on the occasion of the 80th National Day this time.

Traveling with his family to Hanoi, Mr. Le Van Minh (An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) shared that he was very impressed with the exhibition booth that is imbued with the cultural and tourism identity of Tuyen Quang. Here, he was introduced to tea products, experienced making tea, enjoying tea; experienced culture associated with arts, folk games, traditional craft villages; displayed OCOP products... If given the opportunity, Mr. Minh will take his family to experience the real landscape and famous landscapes of Tuyen Quang.
