On August 29th, the first Party Congress of Phu Huu Commune (An Giang Province), for the 2025-2030 term, concluded. Colonel Nguyen Van Ngành, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, attended and directed the congress.

With the theme "Unity - Discipline - Creativity - Development," the congress set forth 18 specific targets, 3 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, and groups of solutions. Through this, it aims to maximize the strengths and potential of the locality to resolutely achieve the goal of: "Building a clean and strong Party organization; developing a harmonious and stable socio -economic environment; comprehensively caring for and developing human resources; building a service-oriented government; and ensuring national defense and security."

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen Van Ngành, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, highly appreciated the achievements of the Phu Huu Commune Party Committee during the past term.

At the same time, it is suggested that the Phu Huu Commune Party Committee continue to implement the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean, strong, and comprehensive in the direction of "Streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, and serving the people." Promoting the tradition of unity, dynamism, and creativity, working together wholeheartedly to maintain faith and aspirations for progress, and resolutely building Phu Huu Commune into a comprehensively developed, civilized, sustainable, and modern community.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee appointing the Phu Huu Commune Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 27 members, and the Commune Party Committee Standing Committee with 9 members; and appointing Comrade Le Minh Thuan as the Secretary of the Phu Huu Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
