Quang Uyen Commune launches "Winter Volunteer Campaign 2025" and "Spring Volunteer Campaign 2026" - Cao Bang Online Newspaper

On December 12th, the Quang Uyen Commune Youth Union, in coordination with the Youth Union of the Regional Defense Command 4 - Quang Uyen, organized the "Winter Volunteer Campaign 2025" and "Spring Volunteer Campaign 2026".

Youth union members and young people from Quang Uyen commune, along with the Command Board of Defense Zone 4 - Quang Uyen, provided support in building irrigation canals in Quoc Phong hamlet.

During the program, 80 youth union members transported tens of tons of materials such as sand, stone, and cement; excavated, filled, and poured concrete to complete a canal more than 500m long in Quoc Phong hamlet; the Command Board of Zone 4 - Quang Uyen presented 10 gifts to 10 disadvantaged families, each worth 300,000 VND.

The "Winter Volunteer Campaign 2025" and "Spring Volunteer Campaign 2026" create an environment for young people to train, contribute, and grow; to awaken the pioneering role, volunteer spirit, and mutual support of officials, members, and young people, working together for community life and contributing to building new rural areas.
