The first Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Dinh Ward was a great success.

HNP - On September 27, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Dinh Ward held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the congress were Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee Bui Thi Lan Phuong, ward leaders and 125 official delegates representing nearly 1,400 union members and youth in the ward.

During the past term, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the ward had many innovations, achieved many comprehensive results, clearly affirming the pioneering and creative role of the youth in the overall development of the locality. Revolutionary action movements continued to be widely deployed and spread strongly in the community.

Xuan Dinh ward leaders presented a banner with the spirit of "Aspiration, innovation, creativity" to congratulate the Congress.

Volunteer programs and campaigns such as “Youth Month”, “Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign”, and “I Love Hanoi ” Campaign have been implemented appropriately, practically and effectively. The ward Youth Union has maintained regular volunteer activities on the spot, contributing to supporting the community in specific and practical issues. The Union also maintains “Youth Self-Management” routes, organizes 13 environmental sanitation campaigns, erasures, advertising, and Green Sundays attracting more than 1,000 union members to participate, and carries out mural painting projects and planting youth trees in the area.

The ward's Youth Union also focuses on digital transformation such as organizing digital skills training courses for union members and members, and deploying 10 teams to support people in installing and using digital applications such as VNeID, iHaNoi, eTaxMobile. In particular, the youth team supporting the operation of the ward's public administrative service points from July 1, 2025 with more than 140 union members participating has left a clear mark, affirming the bravery and pioneering spirit, adaptability of Xuan Dinh youth in the new period.

The ward union also actively accompanies young people in studying, practicing skills, starting a business, and establishing a career. Many creative models to support young people in establishing a career have been formed, initially creating a favorable environment for young people to develop their potential.

With the slogan “Aspiration - Innovation - Creativity”, Xuan Dinh Ward Youth Union sets the goal of building a strong and comprehensive Youth Union organization, truly a reliable reserve force of the Party, a revolutionary shock force; a socialist school for youth; representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of youth. Along with that, Xuan Dinh Ward Youth Union sets 9 specific targets, which are the guiding principles for all actions in the next 5 years.

Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee Bui Thi Lan Phuong requested the Ward Youth Union to continue to strengthen political and ideological education, foster revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyle for young people; associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle.

In addition to innovating and improving the quality of revolutionary action movements, accompanying young people in studying, starting a business, and establishing a career, the ward Youth Union focuses on consolidating and improving the quality of the Youth Union organization, developing union members, building a team of Youth Union cadres to meet new requirements, and strengthening coordination with the government and socio-political organizations in implementing local political tasks.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Hanoi Youth Union to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the Xuan Dinh Ward Youth Union for the 2025 - 2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Minh Y was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Xuan Dinh Ward Youth Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
